Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays and exceptional high-volume periods.

India: standard delivery is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. The shipping charge shown at checkout currently applies.

Canada and other supported international destinations: delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. The exact rate is shown at checkout. Customs processing can cause delays beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Sidhita is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, carrier disruption, weather or other events outside our control.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing, contact hello@siddhita.com within 48 hours with your order number, package photographs and an opening video where available.
